This model of advanced federalism fosters local innovation and fiscal competition, enabling territories to develop strategies aligned with their economic and cultural realities. True decentralization drives more equitable development, empowering each region to shape its own future with the support of a development fund directly managed by the communities.
Equity and Social Justice
Equity is a fundamental pillar for building a more just and cohesive society, ensuring all citizens have equal access to essential resources such as education, healthcare, culture, and employment. This approach not only aims to reduce inequalities but also fosters personal and collective progress by recognizing individual capacities and merits.
